GoFundMe
GoFundMe is a crowdfunding platform that allows people to raise money for those who need financial support to celebrate or recover from a major life event. We have worked with all team members within the organization, to include their San Diego and Northern California offices, as well as facilitation of virtual programs that include all employees across the country. Our team has continually risen to the creative challenge of hosting one-of-a-kind events for GoFundMe. Some of our favorites were the Recycled Art Challenge and a Beach Olympics with a sandcastle competition!
Unum
UNUM provides supplemental insurance coverage in the workplace. Onyx has also spearheaded and facilitated various virtual programs for UNUM on a global perspective. We work with their events team multiple times a year, both nationally and internationally, at their annual sales and leadership conferences. We start months in advance until we find the perfect fit. In a truly amazing display of teamwork and hard labor, UNUM volunteers transform spaces in a matter of hours.

Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego is the region’s pediatric medical center serving San Diego, Imperial and southern Riverside counties. They treat children from birth to 18 years old as well as a small number of adults with certain conditions for which they have specialized services.
Qualcomm
Qualcomm is an international telecommunications corporation, with headquarters in San Diego. With such a large company and so many different teams, keeping employees happy and engaged is hard work. They wanted to find a way to virtually keep morale high and help newer team members feel integrated. We offered various virtual programming solutions that helped specific groups who were having difficulty communicating, as well as provided the opportunity for employee engagement between team members who typically do not have the opportunity to interact with one another within their daily work routines.
