Building a Resilient Mind

In partnership with the Work Skills Center, Onyx is licensed to facilitate the Challenge of Change Resilience Training. This program is based on over 30 years of research, by Dr. Derek Rogers. His model is simple to understand and implement, providing life changing shifts in mindset for leaders dealing with the pressure associated with managing life’s ups and down. Included in the training is a personal assessment that will measure the resilience levels of all participants, providing data and specifics for attendees to work on.
