Challenge
Cireson wanted to bring their remote team together physically. They were looking for a way to experience off-screen human connection in a serene natural setting.
Solution
We hosted their team retreat in the serene coastal town of Santa Barbara, which is quietly nestled between the mountains & ocean. For 3 days, our facilitators engaged the Cireson team in immersive team building activities, communication workshops, yoga, hiking, kayaking, cooking challenges, ropes courses, and soulful discussions.
Outcome
As the final day of programming closed around the campfire, the sense of peace and connection was palpable. Their team learned new skills to work together more effectively and built a foundation of shared experiences to inspire them for years to come.
