Challenge
The Bird Rock Systems team was known for hosting vibrant and entertaining in-person networking events for clients. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, they needed a seamless way to keep their sales team and their clients connected.
Solution
Each month since the start of quarantine, we have organized an event for Bird Rock Systems. They host sponsored presentations to keep clients informed about their products, and then we facilitate virtual experiences to bring everyone together. We have lead them through virtual escape rooms, game shows and even mixology classes!
Outcome
Bird Rock Systems’ consistency in events, regardless of the pandemic, has allowed their sponsors to have an audience and their clients to feel appreciated. We have created a very trusting and friendly relationship with their team, and look forward to collaborating on fresh new ideas for virtual connection each month.
