Challenge
The staff at Center for Advanced Learning (CAL) are highly committed to personal growth and professional development. The CAL team is not afraid to dive deep and address the uncomfortable, which is a defining trait of high functioning teams. Every quarter, they seek professional and personal development workshops for their team.
Solution
Our facilitators lead the CAL staff through a half-day of activities that call for personal reflection, high levels of communication, vulnerability, and a commitment to their team members. We often host their professional development in a park, and the fresh air provides relaxation and a new perspective outside the workplace.
Outcome
We have worked together for over 2 years and have watched their team ebb and flow. Our facilitators consistently design and customize their experience so that each time they leave with open hearts and open minds, restocked with tools to face fresh challenges and reach new goals.
