Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Job Function/Responsibilities

  • Reports primarily to the Program Coordinators and Operations Manager
  • Responsible for pre and post Corporate Event logistics including:
    - Program Pack-Outs and Gear Organization
    -- Loading and unloading trucks of gear for programs
    -- Creating program pack out lists and pulling the necessary gear
    -- Purchasing additional supplies in-person and online for program
    - Program De-rig of all gear to its proper place
    - Upkeep of program gear including cleaning, repairing, and replacing necessary items
    - Upkeep and purchasing of backstock warehouse supplies

Necessary Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to commit to a set schedule of 2-4 days a week
  • Personality fit with our team and belief in our core values! 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills and enjoys problem solving
  • Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
  • Basic computer skills, Mac and Google Drive specifically (Google Sheets experience is a must)
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to pack bins and vehicles efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner
  • Flexibility in their schedule
  • Administrative skills in MS Excel and Word

Hours and Compensation:

Up to 20 hours per week primarily Monday - Friday.  Must be available some weekends

Hourly at $21.00 per hour.  No benefits are offered to part-time employees.
